Since 1976 Patrick Zachmann has been a
freelance photographer, who in 1990, became a member of the Magnum
Photos. What drew me into his work, was the lighting in his photos. Both the placement of his subjects and lighting, makes his photographs feel more personal. Some of his landscape photos I found interesting, however I enjoy viewing the subject(s) in his photos; to see their reaction. I didn't see to much color photos, but I think his black and whites are quite strong, and works well on creating a mood.
