Hyers & Mebane

Hyers & Mebane are two artists that work collaboratively. They are based out of new York and have been working together since 2003. I found a style of photography that I really liked when I was looking through their photos. They either use a very powerful flash, or have a powerful light that they carry to light their scenes  or both. With the use of this heavy flash and variations of distance between objects and power of flash they are able to create a warm look to their photos. Not only that but the use of a flash on a variety of objects really shows how the natural seting of the surrounding can effect the photo.
