John Rankin

John Rankin has a full service behind his creations. He is a famous photographer that has set designers, retouchers, editors, and publishers. He is not on his own with his work. He was born in 1966 in Scotland. As a young photographer he worked on a series with nude models. His pictures seem fearless and at time intimidating. In his series "Girls on Top" he makes sure he get close to the model and remains at a low angle to make the woman appear large and in charge. A lot of his photos consist of women. I like his photos because they all hold women to a high standard. They are all really sharp and consist of a variety of colors and black and whites.
